  • What happens if I return my vehicle after the agreed time ?

    A late penalty will be charged if you return your vehicle after the agreed time. You should also be aware that our insurance covers you only during the rental period stated on the contract. If you return your vehicle after the agreed time, you will be driving without insurance.

  • Do I have to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel ?

    The vehicle will generally be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. If, when you return the vehicle, the fuel level is lower than when you left, you will be charged for the missing fuel at the amount indicated in the agency, plus a fuel surcharge.

  • Do I have to wash my hire car before returning it?

    Jaguar & Land Rover RENT will wash the outside and inside of your vehicle after each return. This free service enables us to guarantee an excellent quality of service to our customers.

  • Can I return my vehicle outside opening hours ?

    Unfortunately, you cannot return your vehicle outside our dealers' opening hours. We remind you that the vehicle is your responsibility until the end of the return procedure, during which you must be present.
