  • Can other people drive the rented car ?

    Only the drivers listed in the rental contract are covered by our insurance and are authorised to drive the vehicle. If other drivers are required to drive the vehicle, you must add them to the rental contract before departure.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum age for hiring a vehicle ?

    To rent a vehicle from JAGUAR & LAND ROVER RENT you must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 5 years.

     

  • What documents do I need to collect my vehicle ?

    When collecting the vehicle, you must present the original driving licence of the driver(s) listed on the rental contract. Without these documents, the vehicle cannot be collected and the hire charge will not be refunded.

  • Is the condition report important ?

    To ensure that you are not charged for any damage, we advise you to check that the condition of the vehicle corresponds to the inventory sheet you were given.
